All Delivery Charges include Postage & Packaging.

All prices are inclusive of V.A.T.

Orders placed on Thursday-Sunday will be despatched on a tuesday for wednesday delivery. Orders placed Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday will be despatched on a thursday for friday delivery. Please note orders placed after 2pm will not be processed untill the following day.

UK mainland orders: delivery charge is £6.50 

If in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the goods received then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel so that the matter can be rectified.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels once they have been passed on to our carriers. We can track the parcel for you and give you a telephone number to contact (your local depot).

In the event of non-arrival of your order then please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date and advise us so that we can investigate on your behalf.

By placing an order with HEARTY PIES you are agreeing to the implied and express terms as listed above. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your on-line order in any way, we operate a no quibble money back guarantee.

Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know by telephone or e-mail within 24 hours and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you including the extra postage costs.

Please use the following procedure:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your goods of your intention to complain.

Please send an email stating the reason for return to heartypieman@gmail.com

You will be sent an email containing a returns reference number and details of the returns procedure.

When claiming a refund, postage costs on the original order are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged.

Please send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery.

Please note that if parcels have been deliberately damaged in order to secure a refund, then a refund or exchange will not be issued.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund, which will be for the full amount of the order, less the cost of delivery.

If you do not inform us within 24 hours, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from our website completely confidential, and it is used solely for internal purposes.

We hope to add new products to our range from time to time. We may like to e-mail you with updates on new offerings. Please e-mail us and tell us if you DO NOT wish to receive such occasional e-mails.

By ordering or enquiring about our pies you will automatically subscribe to this valuable customer service. If you do not wish to be emailed about items of interest and special offers please notifying us by email, when you receive an email from us there is an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email, click this to remove your details from our list.

HEARTY PIES accepts payments by most major credit/debit cards. We have a fully secure on-line processing system for taking credit card payments via Pay Pal  and you can be confident when purchasing from us.

The secure-server software we use encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

All our information is held on accordance with the UK Data Protection Act.
